"Leaving my clients ecstatic is priority # 1"
—Rob Pettit, Proud Owner

Here's some of our clients' rave reviews:

I chose Robert from Beagle and Potts to redesign my home based on a kitchen design she did on a friends’ apartment.  I fell absolutely in love with what I saw, and my friends couldn’t have recommended him more highly.  Now after working with Robert myself now for a year, I am also happy to report a glowing review of his work, and that of his crew at Beagle and Pots.  I more or less gut renovated my kitchen and bathroom, and had custom cabinets built in the bedroom. HE transformed a miss-matched mess of cabinets, and inefficient use of space into a dream kitchen.  It feels as though the space is twice as big now.  Robert took great care to understand my needs and hopes.  In addition to designing my beautiful reclaimed lumber kitchen, he designed bedroom cabinets that I am totally thrilled with.  I feel like everywhere I look in my home now there is an idea she had or something that Robert created that I love.  Robert held my hand through the entire project from start to finish, shopped with me on several occasions for so many details in the apartment, and was as available, helpful, and as inspired as could be.  He fielded seemingly endless questions with grace; he’s a rare individual with a fantastic team behind him.

Rob managed the building and installation of our kitchen cabinets, including the first step of removing a large stainless countertop that we wanted to keep.He was always very careful and knowledgeable.  He also showed perseverance and skill in installing some of the more complex parts. Rob was always very patient with my questions and accommodating. We would use his services again, without hesitation.

I Recently had a large entertainment unit and bookshelf made and installed by Beagle and Potts and couldn't be happier with the finished product! Rob worked with me to design the unit and perfectly executed my vision for storage for our living room. Everyone who has seen it has commented on how nice it is, how it makes the room and what an improvement it is to our living room. The whole Beagle and Potts team were very easy to work with, extremely professional and clearly take pride in making quality custom woodwork. The installation was very smooth, they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves and patiently answered question after question from my very inquisitive 4 year old! Overall a real pleasure to work with, very high quality work and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

We had Rob Petit from Beagle & Potts build and install a pantry closet in our kitchen, entertainment unit in our living room, and shelving system for
our master closet.  Rob was extremely professional, courteous and
helpful throughout the entire process.  He promptly returned our phone
calls, followed up with us on various ideas, and made all of our
requested adjustments along the way.  The work quality was also great.
The pantry closet was an absolute exact fit for the space and looks as
If it came with the original kitchen.  The entertainment unit fits well
with our high ceilings and is the perfect place for our TV, books and
other items.  Finally, Rob turned the master closet from an empty room
into a functional closet where we can store all of our clothes, laundry
and other items, with space left over for the future.  We highly
recommend him and Beagle & Potts.

If you are looking for excellent woodworkers I highly recommend Beagle and Potts in Park Slope. They recently installed custom built-in cabinetry for
our daughter's room and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. I was
impressed with the beautiful work and the glowing reviews on their website,
but what really sold me was the proprietor and master woodworker, Robert Pettit. Being a sleep-deprived new mom, I felt well taken care of by Robert
and his very talented, friendly, responsive team. Their rates are
reasonable, they clearly take great pride in their work and are attentive to
all the details. It was a two-day unobtrusive installation. And, coming from
a female decidedly not handy, on day two it was pretty cool to have Margaret, another Beagle and Potts woodworker, working her craft in my
daughter's room. Check out their website beagleandpotts.com or contact Robert at 718 964 8577
